This villa 4 faces, which combines modern comfort and charm of vintage furniture, is located in a residential area close to the center of the seaside resort, its market, its shops, and its huge sandy beach on the shore slope soft where you can easily walk.
You will be half an hour from the Spanish border, or an hour from the Pyrenees mountains to vary the pleasures!
You can conveniently park two vehicles inside the driveway closed by a large sliding gate, or motorcycles in the garage.
You will have three rooms for 7 people, or 8, (3 beds of 140, a bed of 100 plus an extra folding bed for a child), a bathroom and a toilet upstairs. Two of these rooms have access to a large balcony and the solarium terrace equipped with a drying rack.
On the ground floor, another toilet, a beautiful bright living room with a French window opening onto the terrace equipped to take your meals outside (leather lounge, flat screen TV, large dining room table); the kitchen, partially open on this room, a new layout, is very well equipped with large appliances (large oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, 5-burner hob) and small (blender , mixer-chopper, mixer, two coffee makers-one pods, the other filter with jug thermos, a toaster, a kettle); you will find abundant dishes, a large pressure cooker and all the necessary cooking utensils.
In the garage you will find the washing machine and the dryer, a folding clothes rack, a wardrobe, a shoe rack, an umbrella bed and a baby high chair.
Finally, you can enjoy the garden furniture with its large wooden table and 6 chairs plus 6 plastic chairs, a large umbrella, and use the large barbecue for your grill.
